If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, we would do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our online shop. Alseller.com is not making or storing any of the products that is available in our shop, and all our products are from many different suppliers so all the Warranty, Guaranty, Refunds, Returns etc. are dealing by themselves.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days excluding 1-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused (Extra charges may apply for this).
No Refund if,
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of AlSeller.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of AlSeller.com
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending us a message on [email protected]
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. An exchange isn’t always possible under the warranty policy. If the product wasn’t available in stock, you will get a full refund instead.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
